Spanech (Spinach Casserole I Guess)

What better dinner is there on thursday night then Spanech and Emjedrah?!!
Probably one of my favorite dinners, and its mighty easy to make.

What you need:
2 small packages frozen spinach
2 onions
2 eggs
about 2 cup grated mozeralla cheese
salt

What you need to do:

1) Slice your onions into half moons, and sautee it in a frying pan with a little bit of water.

2) Put the frozen spinach on top of the onions and break it all up!

3) Add ALOT of salt, and cook the spinach and onions until the spinach gets all shriveled up

4) Put the spinach and onions into a bowl , and add more salt. Add 2 eggs, and the cheese.

5) Mix it up really well, and put it into a pyrex

6) Bake it on 350 for about 30 minutes, until the sides start to brown. Its the best when the ends are a little burnt
