Pizzzzzza

Need I say more?



What you need:
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 1/2 cups flour


What you need to do:
1) Put the yeast and brown sugar into the warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes



2) Mix the yeast water with the oil and salt in a big bowl.


3) add 2 and a half cups of the flour to the bowl and mix it up. Its gonna ger majorrrly sticky.


4) Put the other cup of flour in and use your hands to knead it into the dough. Reallly get in there and get all the flour in. 


5) Spray pam/grease antoher bowl, put the dough in and cover it with a dish towel. Let it sit for an hour.

6) Once the dough has risen for like an hour, to double its size, punch it down and get ready to make pizza. 

7) FLOUR YOUR HANDS, and start either rolling the dough out pulling it out. The shape doesn't need to be a perfect circle, just make sure there aren't any holes. It will rise more int he oven so try and make it pretty thin, with a nice crust.

8) Add your toppings!! I put squares of mozzarella cheese, then sauce (store bought OR homemade with tomatoe paste, water, herbs, honey and parmesan cheese, but thats a recipe for another day.), parmesean cheese, some salt a pepper, basil, Franks hot sauce, and finally i grate teeny pieces of mozzarella on top!!



9) Bake on 370 for 20- 30 minutes (Could be longer) Until the crust is just starting to brown and the cheese is like bubbling. Whatever u know how to know when pizza is ready.
