Friday night chicken

Possibly the easiest thing to do, and if u do it right its soo yummy and juicy. In my opinion cornish hens are the way to go, but this same recpie can be followed with one or two big chickens.


What you need:
Chicken (ANY kind of chicken wil work. big ones, small ones, just white meat, I like to use 4 cornish hens or 2 big chickens.)
Salt
Pepper
Peprika


What you need to do:

1) Put your chickens in a roaster

omg how cute are they

2) Cover with a nice layer of salt, pepper, and peprika. A sprinkle of oil can be added, thats up to you


3) Cover with the top of the roaster, and bake for 3 hours on a low fire, from 300-350. At each hour, open the roaster and move the juice around, getting the whole chicken wet, not just the bottom (ITs gonna make a lot of juice)

4) take it out, de bone, and enjoy
