Peas and Kibbes

typical shabat, throw this in the oven and let it cook while you do other stuff.

What you need:
About 10 kibbe balls
2 bags of peas
allspice
salt
water
olive oil

What you need to do:

1) In a medium pot, mix together 2 small bags of peas, and a generous handful of kibbe balls (I had some heshu balls left over so threw those in too)

2) Add a half a glass of water, and about 1/3 a cup of oil.

3) Season with a lot of salt, pepper, and allspice. The spices should cover all the peas, so keep mixing and keep putting spices till there all covered.

4) Mix it really well.

5) Cover the pot with a cover, or tinfoil.

6) Bake on a low fire, anywhere from 300 to 350, for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. (I usually keep it with the chicken and keep the fire on 300)

yum
