Teriyaki Drumettes

I/m a big big fan of teriyaki sauce. when sushi places serve it i get a little overjoyed, Daniel doesnt really notice so he doesnt think im such a freak (yet).
I could drink this stuff. Instead i get the teriyaki flavored panko and put it on mini chicken legs and devour those.



What you need:
Teriyaki flavored Panko bread crumbs (pomegranate sells them in the fridge isle)
corn flake crumbs
salt
pepper
peprika
olive oil

What you need to do:
1) Pour olive oil into a ziploc baggie. A big one. Put the little chicken legs into it and let them coat reallllly well in oil.



2) In a second baggie, mix like equal parts panko and breadcrumbs, and add in a nice amount of salt, pepper, and paprika, Mix it up goooooood


3) Put the oiled chicken into the breadcrumbs and shake it to coat them. Dont to more then like 12 at a time thou cuz they wont coat so well.


4) throw em on a greased tray and bake for about 40 minutes to an hour on 350. watch them thou, cuz they can easily burn.
