"Baked fudge"



What you need:
For the batter:
2 (large) eggs (idono what that really means but I'm sure the eggs in your fridge are large)
1 cup (yes a full cup) sugar
2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup melted butter(microwave it for 45 seconds, that usually does it)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

For the whipped cream :
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla




What your gonna do:

1) in a medium bowl beat the two eggs. I use a regular hand mixer , you can use a wisk or kitchen aid. Beat them till they become light yellow.


2) Beat in the the sugar.

3) Add the cocoa power , flour, butter & vanilla & mix it all up.



4) Now is where it gets a bit annoying. Use either a 8 Inch pan, or 4 ramkims. Butter / Pam the dish, and pour the batter into it.

5) you wanna use a "water bath" to cook this. I use a regular tray, but you can also use a baking dish. Take the tray & put it in the oven , with the pan / ramkins on top. Fill the tray with water , till it's almost to the top. Your gonna bake the pan on top of the tray, like its in a bath!


7) heat your oven to 325 degrees and put the whole thing in.


8) bake for 40-50 minutes. Like an cake you wanna do the toothpick test , but you don't want it to come out dry. When it's almost cooked but it has a gooey inside, it's ready.


Now it's time to make whipped cream!!
1) in a large bowl add the heavy cream, 2 tbs sugar, & 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.




2) with an electric mixer , beat the ingredients together on a high speed. It'll take a few minutes , but it will form stiff peaks. Boom it's ready.
