Anyone ever eat the fried chicken cutlets from the east 2nd butcher? If not, you're missing out. I used to buy them almost every week until I got cheap and never wanted to leave my house. Then I started making my own.
What you need:
1 package raw chicken cutlets
a small bowl oil
a few shakes of salt and pepper
about 3 cups rice krispies, possibly more or less
4-5 eggs
a small bowl of flour
a few squeezes of honey
What you need to do:
1) Cut chicken cutlets into small pieces (As shown above on the cutting board)
2) Mix a few shakes of salt and pepper into the bowl of flour. About 5 or 6, just a little for seasoning.
3) Crack your eggs and put 3 generous squeezes of honey into it. Beat that until the eggs are smooth.
4) Line the bowls up, Flour first, then egg, then the bowl of rice krispies. If you really like it sweet, add some sugar to any of the 3 bowls.
5) Dip your chicken pieces one by one into the flour, egg, then rice krispies. Put them on the side until there all dipped and coated.
5) Pour about an inch of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat in on medium fire until its hot hot hot.
6) Put the nuggets into the HOT oil for 3 -4 minutes, then flip them and do the same to the second side. If you dont keep track of time, then fry them until the rice krispies look brown. Dont overcrowd the pan, put like 6-8 in at a time
7) Incase you arent sure if they are cooked and want to check, cut them and make sure the inside is white
8) Cool on paper towels, and then there ready to eat
Thank you. now can you make them for me please
